We can meet in person or virtually to discuss your house needs and preferences. I will send you properties that match your preferences as soon as the come on the market.

You found the one! We will have a conversation about the best offer strategy and I will submit your offer ASAP!

Inspections, loan approval, appraisal.
We will work together to schedule inspections while your lender finalizes your loan and schedules the appraisal.

Closing day!
The inspection meets your approval, the house passes appraisal, and your loan is finalized. The title company will facilitate your closing, congratulations on your new house!
